QY Workforce Privacy Notice

QY Workforce collects only the personal data needed to respond to employer enquiries, register worker interest, operate workforce onboarding, verify eligibility, manage shifts and attendance, process timesheets, support payroll administration, maintain platform security, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the service, this may include your name, contact details, employer/company information, work interests, onboarding and verification records, shift and timesheet information, and location information submitted when you actively clock in or out. V1 does not use continuous background location tracking.

How we use data

We use personal data for workforce operations, communications you requested, fraud and abuse prevention, auditability, legal compliance, service improvement, and platform security. Public enquiry forms are separated from identity-verification records.

Sharing

Data may be shared with authorised QY Workforce personnel, relevant client-site supervisors where necessary to operate a shift, approved service providers acting on our instructions, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We apply role-based access, audit logging, encryption in transit, secrets management, data minimisation and retention controls. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, contractual requirements, dispute handling, or applicable law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing, although some data may still need to be retained where required by law or to complete an active contractual process.
